Ready to ship your sneakers to TCKICKZREMIX? Follow these simple steps :

1. Submit Your Service Request: 

 Contact us with photos of the sneakers you'd like serviced and the cleaning/restoration services your interested in.

2: Receive Shipping Instructions:  

Once your service request is confirmed, you will receive our official mailing address and shipping instructions from TCKICKZREMIX.

3. Ship Your Sneakers: 

 Package your sneakers securely and ship using the carrier of your choice that provides tracking. Please keep your tracking information until you package has been confirmed and received.

4. We Will Take It From Here: 

 Once your sneakers arrive, they will be checked in and added to our service queue. You'll be notified when your order is complete and ready to be shipped back.

5. Once your sneakers are shipped we will provide you with the tracking information. ( All before and After photos are sent to the customers also)

PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE SEND SNEAKERS WITHOUT SNEAKER BOXES! 

For security and package- management purposes, our mailing address is not publicly listed online. Please do not ship sneakers without first contacting us and receiving confirmation and current shipping instructions.
