WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround times vary depending on the service, condition of your sneakers, and our current workload. Deep cleans typically have a faster turnaround, while restorations, unyellowing, suede work, repainting, and other specialty services may require additional time. All turnaround times provided are estimates unless an expedited service has been confirmed.
Do you offer re-glue or sole reattachment services?
TCKICKZREMIX, no longer offers re-glue or sole reattachment services. While we understand the importance of these repairs, we've decided to focus on the services where we can deliver the highest quality and best results for our customers.
We remain committed to providing top notch cleaning and restoration services for your sneakers.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results of my sneaker cleaning or restoration?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have a concern with your completed service, please let us know at the time of pickup or promptly after receiving your sneakers so we can review the results with you.
Because every sneaker responds differently based on its age, material, condition, stains, previous damage, and wear, we cannot guarantee perfection or that every stain, discoloration, or imperfection will be completely removed.
If we determine that an area can reasonably be improved further, we will work with you to determine the appropriate next step. However, completed services are not automatically eligible for a refund simply because a customer is dissatisfied with a result that was limited by the condition of the footwear.
Our goal is always to provide the best possible result while being transparent about what can and cannot be restored.
